- Using marketing channels, like automation tools, cold calling, email marketing, social
media generate new leads
- Managing the database of prospects to ensure validity of each so as to enable efficient
and effective outbound sales and marketing activity.
- To convert opportunities into sales, must build prospect relationships through initiating
communications and conducting follow-up communications
- To recognize potential prospects by following up on leads and conducting research.
- Represent TechVariable at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with
- Interact via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face with
potential customers and discover their business needs.
- Must provide accurate and timely information and work closely within a small sales &
- Preparation of proposals and present professional product demonstrations, via webinars
or face to face meetings

A weekly incentive plan will be associated in addition to the base salary
Excel in business development, prospect database management and lead generation primarily through Prospecting, Cold calling & networking skills.
Selected candidates will be given the job title of Inside Sales-Trainee and would
be required to complete a 3 month training programme.
Top performers will be awarded a full time joining.
Develop a strong knowledge of TechVariable’s services to facilitate the sales process.
Understand how the benefits of TechVariable’s services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.
Learn various marketing and lead generation tools, CRM and social media channels of TechVariable.
Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
Experience and understand B2B sales in enterprise software solutions and IT sector and the
ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems and other databases.
Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
